1. Processing Time

• All standard (in-stock) orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order wigs may take 7–14 business days (or longer depending on complexity). Estimated times are listed on each product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use it to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx (USA)

• Royal Mail, DHL, or local post (International)

If you have a shipping preference, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier immediately.

• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
