Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns on unworn, unused, and unaltered wigs in their original packaging, with tags and protective nets intact.
To be eligible for a return:

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The wig must be in brand new condition — not combed, cut, styled, washed, or worn.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered.

Custom or made-to-order wigs (including specific color, size, lace, or style requests).

Clearance or final sale items.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for unworn, eligible items and subject to stock availability.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect wig:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and your preference.
6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
